This Privacy Policy explains how Phase One NC LLC ("Phase One," "we," "us") handles information on rentphaseone.com (the "Site").
Information you send us. When you use our contact form, we receive what you enter: your name, email, and optionally your phone number, group size, properties of interest, lease dates, tour preferences, and message. We also receive anything you send us directly by email, phone, or text.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider and the services listed below automatically receive standard technical data when you load a page, such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested. We do not use this data to identify you.
The Site does not use advertising cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, session recording, or chat tools, and we do not track you across other websites.
Our property maps save the map location of each property in your browser's local storage so the map loads faster on your next visit. This contains only property locations, never information about you. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry, schedule tours, and communicate with you about our rental homes. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for advertising or marketing purposes.
We rely on the following providers to run the Site. Each receives only the data needed to provide its service and is governed by its own privacy policy:
Applications for tenancy are handled separately from this Site and screened through TransUnion SmartMove, which is subject to its own privacy policy and to federal consumer reporting law.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
We keep inquiries only as long as reasonably needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've sent us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing phaseonencllc@gmail.com. You can reply STOP to any text message from us to opt out of texts.
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy, and the date at the top will change when we do.
